Dragons #

All dragons have Flight and Escalator.

All Ancient Dragons have Regal Tendency:

Regal Tendency: The Dragon rolls saves at the beginning of its turn instead of the end. If it’s gaining the Escalation die to its attacks this turn, it adds Escalation to any saves rolled.

Roll or pick from 1d6 for every dragon with a distinct personality (usually Double or Triple Strength), 1d8 for stronger effects (or if they’re campaign-important), or 1d10 if campaign implications should be possible.

1True Seeing: The dragon ignores invisibility and illusions.
2Whipping Tail: The dragon may make an opportunity attack on any enemy who rolls a Natural 6- on an attack roll while engaged with the dragon.
3Resistant: The dragon has +2 MD and PD.
4No Weakness: The dragon has lost its type’s typical Weakness.
5Roar: The first time the dragon is staggered each encounter, it may use its breath weapon as a free action that doesn’t count against normal uses.
6Present Danger: Attempts to disengage from the dragon gain 1 disadvantage. On a failed disengage or pop off save, targets take damage equal to the dragon’s level.
7True Predator: The dragon always gains Escalation to its attacks (roll anyway for Draconic Grace in the case of Black Dragons).
8Radiating Power: Every enemy who starts their turn engaged with the dragon takes damage equal to the dragon’s level multiplied by tier. The damage type is the same as the dragon’s breath weapon.
9Humanoid Form: The dragon is capable of shapeshifting into a humanoid form. It gains a PC Background encounter power appropriate to the alter ego.
10Draconic Legend: PCs have heard of this one and it’s instantly recognizable by some visible manner. Roll 3d8 on this chart. The dragon doesn’t die the first time the first time it’s killed by PCs, it somehow escapes.

White Dragons #

In addition to having Escalator and Flight, White Dragons are all Weak to fire.
